OutCall Information:

In general, I do not take outcalls unless I am making an exception on account of accessibility issues. I do have a packed schedule so it may take some time to have a session that requires travel to fit into my schedule. My outcall MAX is 2 hours (depending on travel time). Accessibility issues that I am willing to make accommodations for are as follows:

  1. The client cannot do stairs.

  2. The client is in a facility they cannot leave, but guests are welcome.

  3. Public Transportation is not readily available in the clients area.

When I make that exception there is an extra cost for travel and/or session accommodations (re: hotel, meeting space, etc.).

Travel Fee:

  1. 20-minute Drive: If the location is within a 20-minute drive of my location (The green X here is the starting point I will use) you will be charged a flat fee of $5 that will be due in advance of your session by invoice (along with your deposit of $30). Time will be determined by a future Google Maps search so that typical traffic for that time of day will be taken into account.

  2. 15 Miles: If the location is longer than a 20-minute drive I will accept out-calls no greater than a 15-mile radius of my location. The fee will be calculated by the following:

    .70¢ per Mile + $40/hour

    EXAMPLE: 15miles away, 45min drive: (15 x .70¢)+(.75 x $40) = $10.50 + $30 = $40.50 , that drive is 2 ways so x2 your total is: $81.00 travel fee.

  3. Outside Metro Area: My schedule and responsibilities (business and personal) do not allow for long trips outside the Metro area. If you are located more than 15 miles from my location I will need to book hotel time. The charge for this can range from $50 to $150 depending on availability and location needs (ie. what side of the cities you are coming into town on) in addition to my regular travel fees (see above). Rooms I book will be wheelchair accessible upon request.
